Daniel J. Falcucci Marquardt is a Pennsylvania-licensed attorney with a background spanning civil litigation, legal operations, and business counsel across multiple industries and jurisdictions.

Daniel served as in-house counsel for several companies, involved in oil & gas, and intellectual property. Earlier in his career, Daniel served as Supervising Attorney at Eastman Meyler, PC, where he managed firm operations and oversaw more than 2,000 active client cases across over 20 U.S. jurisdictions.

Daniel's personal injury experience comes from his time as a Business Development Attorney at Zinda Law Group, a nationally recognized personal injury firm, where he evaluated PI matters of all types, worked directly with prospective clients, and developed a practical understanding of how injury claims are assessed and pursued from the first client interaction.
