Personal Injury

We represent individuals injured in accidents throughout the Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, and greater NEPA area. Our personal injury work focuses on initial case evaluation, client counseling, demand letters, and pre-litigation insurance negotiation. We handle matters involving:

•       Pedestrian and bicycle injuries

•       Premises liability and slip-and-fall incidents

•       Other serious injury claims

Each matter is evaluated individually. We assess liability, insurance coverage, the nature and extent of injuries, and the appropriate course of action. Representation is handled directly by a licensed Pennsylvania attorney.

Personal injury consultations are free. In contingency matters, there is no fee unless there is a recovery.

Legal Advisory

We advise businesses and individuals on transactional and general civil legal matters. Our advisory work includes:

•       Business entity formation and structuring

•       Contract drafting and review

•       General civil legal counsel for startups and small businesses

 Advisory matters are handled by direct attorney consultation. Clients receive substantive legal guidance without the billing overhead of a large commercial firm. We work with clients at all stages — from pre-formation planning through ongoing business operations.
